  1. Q: How do I access the downloads I purchased?  A: Once payment is confirmed you will recieve an email containing a link.  That link will take you to the login page of our website.  You'll need to login to access your purchased downloads.
  2. Q: Do I have to pay with Paypal?  A: No.  Paypal is our preferred method because of the level of high privacy and security they offer.  You do not, however, need to have a Paypal account to order our music.  When you finish the checkout process, it will take you to the payment page which has the Paypal logo.  If you scroll down, there is a link that says "Don't have a Paypal account, pay by credit card".  Clicking that link will allow you to enter your credit card number instead of setting up a Paypal account.
  3. Q: I opened my music in iTunes and now when I try to play it again it says "cannot locate file".  Where did my music go?  A: When you click on the files you've purchased, you'll see a box appear that asks you if you would like to OPEN the file or SAVE the file.  MAKE SURE YOU CLICK SAVE.  By clicking OPEN, it does not save the .mp3 file to your computer, and you'll only be able to access the track(s) once.   
  4. Q: OK, I clicked SAVE.  Now what?  A:  First of all, make sure you know where you've saved the file(s)!  When you click SAVE, you can tell the computer where to save the .mp3 file(s), whether it be in "My Documents", your "Desktop", or even if you've created a new folder just for the downloaded music.  It doesn't matter where you save it as long as you remember where you've saved it.  Then you can access the file anytime and as many times as you want. 
  5. Q: So, how do I get it into iTunes then?  A: In the upper left hand corner of iTunes, click FILE.  A menu will drop down and you can click on "Add file to library" or "Add folder to library".  A box will appear, and you can click on where you've saved your file(s).  They will then automatically import into your iTunes.
